Life Decided Colin

Your struggle feeds your growth.

"I had a fairly short childhood. I was a very active and hyper young lad who loved being with friends and anything active. I struggled by getting into trouble but for the most part I stayed pretty grounded. Then I went and became a father. After being blessed with a my first son and getting married to my beautiful wife at an early age, I got lost in the everyday rigmarole. I just did what I thought I was supposed to do. After sometime, something didn't seem right. I knew I wanted to do my best at being a dad and a husband. But I also knew it was going to be impossible if I was always depressed and feeling inadequate. I just wanted so badly to do good. I wasn't financially providing how I wanted, my job wasn't going to take me anywhere that had promise. My kids where growing up fast. In order to succeed, something had to change. I wasn't going to ever change my situation without changing my situation. I think I was going through life thinking that if I waited long enough, eventually my break would come along. Well, let me tell you, it wasn't going to! You have to go get it. When I finally realized this, I was determined to reach out. The problem was I didn't know how or where to reach. So I just reached into the dark and started looking into all sorts of things that somewhat interested me. Eventually I learned that I was very interested in business and marketing. That area has a natural connection with personal development which led me to the power of mind and what we are capable of. I spent the next 3 years immersing myself in this information. This was my calling! It took 14 years and 3 children to figure it out but, I love it. Then people started asking how I found this "Calling", so I would explain... Then my purpose was finally born after a long time waiting inside me. I was to teach and help people find there calling and purpose.
